We’ve arranged it into several steps,  so you can customize everything from your data plan to the handsets you and your staff will enjoy. In the next step, you will choose how many users you will connect to your Smart Cloud PBX System.

Step 3: Select your Users

Here we are select how many people in your office will be connected to your Smart Cloud PBX System. There’s no monthly fee for adding users , but in the next step, You will select which phone they will have (the fun bit).

You know your business better than anyone else, but if you need some help working out how many users you will need connected, call our team on 1800 327 862.

If you need to add or remove users from the system, you can do so at a later date without any trouble.”

In the next step you’ll choose which handsets each of your connected staff we have.

Step Four: Select your Handsets

 

Here’s where you choose a phone for each user you added in the Step 3 – and you will need to think about how each of them will user their phones.

For example, you may have a total of 8 staff members(users) connected, but three main receptionist who will be using their phones more often than the others. They might need a more serious handset to manage most of your business calls, but everyone else in the office might need something more basic. it’s entirely up to you!
