4.3 Can I use any modem?

No, Aconnect has a list of approved modems that have been tested with the Aconnect ADSL service and are ACA approved. You may install a non Aconnect approved modem if you wish however Aconnect cannot provide any assistance with the installation should it be required.
Most importantly, it is a legal requirement that any equipment connected to the ADSL Service must be labelled with the ACA telecommunications compliance mark.
