6.3 How long does it take to relocate my Aconnect ADSL service?

It will take approximately 10-16 working days. However, Aconnect is able to maintain your ADSL service at BOTH your current location and the location of your transfer, if you can meet the all of the following criteria: 

  • You are able to change your static IP address (if applicable)
  • The number your ADSL service is being transferred to is different to your current number. Additional charges apply for this service.
