Aconnect – Connecting your Equipment

You just need to connect us to get your service turned on. The Network Termination Device or NTD has several ports on the bottom to deliver telephone or internet services. We will help you to understand which ports are activated so you can connect your equipment to them and which services you can connect to on the new network.

Computer Internet Access

  • To connect computer and other devices to your broadband service, we will provide you the router to connect to the NTD, so that you can connect more devices to your service.

Telephone

  • Voice services can be provided in different ways, if you have ordered a phone service ask us about the port that you can use on the bottom of NTD.

Maintenance of the Equipment

  • Make sure the NTD is always plugged into the power supply unit, it can’t work without it. The only time you should unplugged either of this devices is when you need to change the battery or if we asks you to.
