5) Diversion of calls from existing number to the temporary number – Once you have tested the system and are satisfied with its functioning, then the next step is to forward your calls from the existing number to the temporary number which we will provide you.
Setting up of call forwarding:-
- Pick up your phone’s handset and wait for the dial tone
- Dial “0”
- Next, dial “*21”
- Enter the new temporary DID number (number which you want the calls forwarded)
- Press “#” and hang up
6) Test Working of Diverted calls to New System - After the calls has been diverted, we will provide you another chance to make a test call and check working of PBX and sound quality.
7) Port existing number to Virtual PBX – When the testing is successful completed, in next step we will perform is to port the existing number over to the Virtual PBX.
