IVR Setup Form

Number:

  1. Do you need a new number?
  2. Or do you want to keep any of your previous number.

 

PBX:

  1. Extension Names – Provide Name and brief description for each for each extension
  2. Sequence of extension.

 

Details for EACH Extension:

  1. Any Announcement to caller on entering the Extension?
  2. How long to ring?
  3. Intermediate Message? (for instance: “Please Hold”)
  4. Who often you want Intermediate Message to be played?
  5. Navigation of calls on each extension – Navigation of calls usually relates to diversion of calls to other number or extensions.
  6. Call transfer?
  7. Other numbers to dial – Any other number which you want to ring simultaneously with your extension.
  8. If No one answers the extension, go to different extension?
  9. Or go to Voicemail?

 

Voice Preference:

  1. What sort of profession are you in? (Automotive, Dental, Retail)
  2. What style you want your IVR in? (Fun Style or Corporate Style)
  3. Do you want BACKGROUND music in your IVR? (Yes/No - If Yes, then provide more information about it)
  4. Welcome IVR – Please provide a brief idea of what you want your Welcome IVR to sound like.
  5. Intermediate Message? (for instance: “Please Hold”)
  6. Who often you want Intermediate Message to be played?
  7. After Hours – Please provide a brief idea of what you want your After Hours message to sound like.
  8. Voicemail – Please provide a brief idea of what you want your Voicemail to sound like.
  9. Mail Voice or Female Voice?
  10. Australian/New Zealander/American/English
  11. Any other Special Request IVR? (Yes/No - If yes, then provide more information about it and also mention in what IVR (Welcome, Afterhours, Voicemail, Hold) you want this information in.)
  12. Do you want your IVR to advice customer about upcoming events? (Yes/No - If yes, then provide more information about it and also mention in what IVR (Welcome, Afterhours, Voicemail, Hold) you want this information in.)
  13. Do you want your IVR to direct people to your website? (Yes/No - If yes, then provide more information about it and also mention in what IVR (Welcome, Afterhours, Voicemail, Hold) you want this information in.)
  14. Do you want your IVR to inform about special programs or promotions you offer? (Yes/No - If yes, then provide more information about it and also mention in what IVR (Welcome, Afterhours, Voicemail, Hold) you want this information in.)
  15. Do you want your IVR to give callers an idea of your location and open hours? (Yes/No - If yes, then provide more information about it and also mention in what IVR (Welcome, Afterhours, Voicemail, Hold) you want this information in.)
