1.8 Why can't I get ADSL?

You may not be able to get ADSL for many reasons but the most common three are:

  • You are too far from the local telephone exchange.
  • The local telephone exchange is not enabled.
  • You want to use an ISDN service, if this is the case try using a fax or private individual line.
