NETGEAR ProSupport OnSite Next Business Day (NBD) replacement provides onsite labor for advanced hardware replacement Monday through Friday (exclude NETGEAR holidays) during normal business hours – 8AM to 5PM.
Calls must be received and replacement material authorization must be issued by the applicable cutoff time to ensure NBD turnaround time.
In the event of hardware failure, NETGEAR dispatches a technician, who upon arrival at the customer site, will:
· Remove the failed unit
· Install the replacement unit (including restoring the saved/backup configuration file) which was shipped prior to the technician arrival
· Test to ensure that the replacement unit is operational
· Package the failed unit for shipment back to NETGEAR
