What speed broadband do I need for my Smart Office Cloud PBX?
The bandwidth required for your Cube pbx system to function properly will depend on several factors, including the size of your office network, how many people will be making calls simultaneously, and how your employees use the internet.
Your aconnect representative will consult you about the specific needs of your business in order to ensure optimum bandwidth for your Smart Office Cloud PBX service.
In most cases, what we highly recommend is that you have two separate internet connections, one for your calls, and one for general internet use. This is called a dedicated voice-data line, and will ensure that you never lose call quality or reliability.
